It has been some time since I have had a chance to post here. I’ve finished putting up my Xmas lights. The park had their annual Christmas Tree Trimming party last night. Good turnout. The park furnished the Lasagna dinner and the members furnished the deserts. Wow, did we have deserts. I’ve got caught up all my committee meeting for December. Only one left is the open board meeting on Tuesday. Hope you all have a nice week.
Yesterday was Jan’s last day at work. If things work out, she will go back to work next August. If that happens, I’ve notified the RV park that I would like to be a work camper during our stay here. We’ve made a deposit, for next August, to reserve a space here at Coyote Creek RV Resort.
We’re getting our travel trailer prepared to return back home. Purchased the necessary RV water system antifreeze and will prep the trailer on Saturday morning before we leave.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Very cool day. Jan has only two more work days. She’s really looking forward to getting back to her regular (retired) schedule. Got soccer gave to attend, Chad is playing during the day and Michael has a game in the evening. Can’t make both this time.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to visit with my nephew from Minnesota. Missed on Friday and he got sick on Sunday. Jan’s last day is next Tuesday. We plan on staying in San Jose for Thanksgiving with Tracy and her family. It is our plan to return home (Park of the Sierras) on Saturday the 26th. or Sunday the 27th. Gus, the gentleman who filled in for me the past four months is ready to return the rains to me.
Still cool out. Have a very busy day. My nephew and his daughter are in San Francisco from Minnesota. Hope we can connect up with them. Also have plans to watch Michael play hockey in Oakland. (Yaaak).
Jan has only seven more days to work. She is looking forward to that.
Just got word that Jan is scheduled to work until November 22nd. So we plan on staying in the San Jose area until the end of November.
We always spend Thanksgiving at Tracy’s and Sam’s, so that works out find with our renting at Coyote Creek RV park.
